Deliveries to Republic of Ireland and North Ireland are usually within 1-3 working days of placing your order, although at busy times this may be longer. We will confirm the expected delivery date at the checkout before you place your order and this information will be included in your order confirmation email. You can enter delivery instructions when you're placing your order e.g. "leave with neighbour in flat 1". However Shoe Lace are not liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen if specific delivery instructions are left for the carrier. Delivery will take place between 07:00 and 7:00 and in some cases a signature may be required. If nobody is available when your parcel is delivered and there isn't a safe place to leave the parcel, the delivery driver will leave a calling card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery..

You'll be notified by email when your order is ready to collect. Once you've received this "Your parcel is ready to collect" email, please bring it to the store, along with proof of ID (this could be a credit/debit card, your passport or driver's license) when you come to collect your parcel. If someone else is collecting your order on your behalf, to prevent fraud they should present a copy of your "Your parcel is ready to collect" email, along with proof of their ID
Order Tracking
When your order is despatched from our warehouse, we'll send you an email. If we have sent your order via DPD courier, this email will contain a tracking number and a link to our courier website to tell you the current status of your delivery.

Returns and Cancellation
You can cancel your order before we ship it.To do so contact us ASAP at shoelace.shoes@gmail.com.
We sincerely hope you are happy with your Shoe Lace purchase. If you change your mind or decide to return it to us, you can do so withing 14 days from the purchase date (provided the items are returned in the same condition in which they were sent).You may also bring the Goods into any Shoe Lace branch for refund of exchange providing the receipt and the same card you used for purchase. There is NO refund on sale items - only replacement within 14 days. Returns are only accepted if the goods are complete, unworn (no scuffing on the sole) with all original packaging, tags, receipts and in the condition in which they were originally sent and sellable. The return postage charge must be paid by the customer and this will not be refunded unless the item is faulty. If a product is defective in any way, please return it immediately and we will either deliver a new one to you or refund you the cost of the product and original delivery cost. Any breakages or damages must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. All items must be returned with proof of purchase. Your refund will be issued once the return has been received by us
