Order Tracking
After you parcel has been collected from us by an post , you will then be able to track your order on the an post website (www.anpost.com/Post-Parcels/Track/Search). You can use your order number or tracking number, to do so.
My order hasn’t been delivered
If your order has not been delivered contact us at office@shoelace.ie. Please remember to include your order number within your message, as this will help us speed up the search for your order.
Faulty items
If you by any chance receive a faulty item you may return it to: Unit 21 Athlone Town Centre, Athlone, Co.Westmeath.
Incorrect or missing item in order: If you received an incorrect item, or an item is missing from your order, please contact us at office@shoelace.ie. Please remember to include your order number within your message, as this will help us speed up the search for your order details.
Returns
We sincerely hope you are happy with your Shoelace purchase. If you change your mind or decide to return it to us, you can do so within 14 days from the delivery date (provided the items are returned in the same condition in which they were sent).You may also bring goods into our Athlone branch for refund or exchange providing the receipt and the same card you used for purchase.
Returns are only accepted if the goods are complete, unworn (no scuffing on the sole) with all original packaging, tags, receipts and in the condition in which they were originally sent and sellable. The return postage charge must be paid by the customer and this will not be refunded unless the item is faulty. If a product is defective in any way, please return it immediately and we will either deliver a new one to you or refund you the cost of the product and original delivery cost. Any breakages or damages must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. All items must be returned with proof of purchase.
Your refund will be issued once the return has been received by us.
