To Return items
Please complete your 'return form' , stating clearly your order number (from your email) and reason for return. If it is an exchange you are looking for, remember to include the style, colour and size you want .
Please place your 'return form' in the box , along with your receipt for the items. You can send your parcel back at any local post office , or courier service of your choice.
Return Terms and Conditions
We sincerely hope you are happy with your Shoelace purchase. If you change your mind or decide to return your items, you can do so within 14 days from the delivery date (The date in which you received your parcel), provided the items are returned in the same condition in which they were sent .You may also bring goods into our Athlone store for refund or exchange, providing the receipt and the same card you used for purchase.
Returns are only accepted if the goods are complete, unworn (no scuffing on the sole) and with all original packaging, tags, receipts and in the condition in which they were originally sent. The return postage charge must be paid by the customer and this will not be refunded unless the item is faulty. If a product is defective in any way, please return it immediately and we will either deliver a new one to you or refund you the cost of the product and original delivery cost. Any breakages or damages must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. All items must be returned with proof of purchase.
Your refund will be issued once the return has been received by us.
