To start a EXCHANGE, please click the link below, which will bring you to the An post returns portal. You will then need to proceed by doing the following:
- Open page AN POST RETURNS
- Type 'shoelace' into the provided 'find your retailer' spacebar.
- Pick a reason for return.
- Fill out your order number into the provided spacebar.
- Click the 'log in' or continue as guest' option
You can then pick one of the following two options:
- Drop your parcel off to your nearest post office ( €4.95 )
- Arrange a collection date and time from your home ( €6 )
From there, you should continue to follow the steps, for filling out your details. Please remember to print out your return label, and add it securely to the front of your returns package.
Alternatively you can return them by your own methods , but may be of additional costs.
To Exchange items
Please complete the 'return form', by ticking the 'exchange' box of the shoe you wish to replace.
There is a space on a dotted line below this, for you to write the style code, colour, and size of the shoes you want instead.
Exchange Terms and Conditions
We sincerely hope you are happy with your Shoelace purchase. If you need to exchange your items, you can do so within 14 days from the delivery date (starting from the date in which you received your parcel), provided the items are returned in the same condition in which they were sent . (We recommend sending the parcel back as quick as possible to try ensure that the desired product is not out of stock). You may also bring goods into our Athlone store for refund or exchange, providing the return form.
Important notice : The return postage charge must be paid by the customer.
If the item you purchased (and are exchanging for) is of full price, then we will cover the cost of returning the exchanged product to you.
However, if the item is a sale item, you will need to pay the additional postage cost of (€5.00). This can be done by either placing the given sum in the box you are returning, or, we can take card payment over the phone (0906470567)
Exchanges are only accepted if the goods are complete, unworn (no scuffing on the sole) and with all original packaging, tags, receipts and in the condition in which they were originally sent. If a product is defective in any way on arrival, please return it immediately and we will either deliver a new one to you, or refund you the cost of the product and original delivery cost. Any breakages or damages must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. All items must be returned with proof of purchase.
